Private donors, associations and foundations have contributed nearly $800,000 to park renovations. The City of Boise is investing more than $2 million in infrastructure, maintenance and accessibility improvements. The Bloch Foundation contributed $1 million for the Cancer Survivor's Plaza construction and a maintenance endowment. Trevor’s Trek Foundation has raised the funds for construction of the Children’s Cancer Pavilion. The Idaho Lions club is sponsoring a new river viewing platform. The Rotary Clubs of Boise made a lead contribution of $150,000 to name the Rotary Grand Plaza. The Julia Davis Park Second Century Coalition is working to raise a final $532,000 to complete the Rotary Grand Plaza. Construction cannot begin until the funding is in place.
The Julia Davis Park Second Century Coalition welcomes large and small contributions to the Rotary Grand Plaza, and remaining project elements. Naming opportunities include:
