Africa_Photos_091With an array of cultural and educational opportunities surrounding it, Julia Davis Park is an ideal meeting location where family, church and school groups convene before a day of exploration. 
Whether they’re planning a picnic on the lawn, followed by a tour of Zoo Boise; gathering the troops for a day of museum exploration; or running off some excess energy after exploring the Discovery Center of Idaho, visitors of all ages are invited to “Stay the Day” at Julia Davis Park.  For more information on these great resources, click on the links below.

  • Boise Art Museum - Creating exceptional visual arts experiences since 1937.
  • Boise Public Library
  • The Cabin - With membership benefits and programs, the Cabin serves to inspire and celebrate of reading, writing and discourse throughout Idaho and the region.
  • Discovery Center of Idaho - Idaho's hands-on science center featuring exhibits to explore, imagine and discover.
  • Idaho Human Rights Memorial - The Idaho Human Rights Education Center constructed and dedicated the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial in 2002.
